Reports Overview
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Reports give you a real-time view into your platform activity — transactions, customer behavior, ramp performance, and onboarding status — without needing to export data or write queries.
Where to find Reports
Select Reports from the left-side navigation menu. You'll land on the Reports home page, which shows available templates, your saved reports, and recently viewed reports.
Report templates
To get started quickly, choose one of the four built-in templates:
Template | What it shows |
|---|---|
Transaction volume | Volume by asset, time period, and customer |
Customer analysis | Top customers, growth trends, and segmentation |
Ramp performance | Side-by-side on-ramp and off-ramp performance comparison |
Onboarding status | KYB/KYC status breakdown by customer |
Click any template to open it with pre-configured filters you can adjust.
Ask a question in plain language
For custom views, click New Report in the top-right corner or middle of the page. You'll see a natural language prompt:
Ask about your transactions or customers
Type a question in plain English — for example:
Show me transaction volume and trends over the last 3 months, broken down by asset type and payment rail
Dakota will interpret your question and generate the matching report automatically.
Saved and recent reports
Saved — Reports you've explicitly saved for future reference. Access them anytime from the Reports home page.
Recents — Reports you've run recently, even if not saved. Useful for picking up where you left off.
To save a report, open it and use the save option before closing.
What's not supported
Exporting raw transaction data in bulk (use the API for that — see API docs)
Scheduling or automatically emailing reports
Cross-platform reporting (Reports reflects your platform's data only)
