Example Reports and Prompts

Reports supports four ready-made templates and a natural language interface where you can ask any question about your transactions or customers. This article covers what each template is good for and includes example prompts you can copy and customize.


Templates

Click any template on the Reports home page to open it with pre-configured filters. Each template is a starting point — you can adjust filters after opening.

Transaction volume Best for tracking total activity over time. Use it to see how much volume you're processing by asset, time period, or individual customer. Good for weekly/monthly reviews and spotting trends.

Customer analysis Best for understanding your customer base. Shows your top customers by volume, growth over time, and how customers segment by activity level. Useful for identifying your highest-value accounts.

Ramp performance Best for comparing on-ramp and off-ramp activity side by side. Use it to see which direction your customers are moving money and which rails or assets are most used.

Onboarding status Best for monitoring your KYB/KYC pipeline. Shows a breakdown of where customers are in the approval process — useful for ops teams tracking onboarding throughput.

Use these in the New Report natural language interface. Copy them as-is or adjust the time period, asset, or customer name to match what you need.

Transaction volume

  • Show me transaction volume and trends over the last 3 months, broken down by asset type and payment rail

  • What is my total USDC on-ramp volume this month?

Customer activity

Tips for better results

Be specific about time periods. Prompts that include a date range ("last 30 days", "Q1 2025", "this month") return more focused results than open-ended ones.

Name the metric you want. Specifying "volume", "count", or "number of customers" helps the report surface the right view.

Combine dimensions. You can ask for multiple breakdowns at once — for example, by asset and by customer — and the report will organize accordingly.

Save reports you'll reuse. If you run the same report regularly, save it from the report view so it's accessible from the Reports home page without retyping the prompt.
