Off-ramps

The Off-Ramps tab displays all withdrawal (off-ramp) instructions for your customers, based on their selected payout method.
This is also where you’ll create new off-ramps for approved customers.

How to Create a New Off-Ramp

1. Click Off-Ramps in the left-side menu of the dashboard.

2. Click Create Off-Ramp.

   1. Note: You can only create off-ramps for approved customers.

4. Select the Customer from the dropdown menu.

5. Select the Recipient from the dropdown menu OR create a new one.

6. Select the Source currency you want to convert from (e.g., DKUSD, USDC, or USDT).

7. Select the Source network (e.g., Base, Ethereum).

8. Select the Destination payment rail

   • ACH (USD)

   • Fedwire (USD)

   • SWIFT (USD)

9. The Destination Currency will be automatically set to match the selected rail.

10. Provide the Customer’s receiving bank details, including:

    • Account name and details (including address)

    • Bank Name and details (including address)

    • Account number or IBAN

11. Click Create.

12. You’ll be redirected back to the Off-Ramps tab, where the new off-ramp will appear as the top-listed item.

13. From there, you can view the off-ramp details and share details with your customer accordingly.
