How to Create a New Stablecoin Swap

  1. Click Stablecoin Swaps in the left-side menu of the dashboard.

  2. Click Create Stablecoin Swap.

    1. Note: You can only create swaps for approved customers.

  1. Select the Customer from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the Recipient from the dropdown menu OR create a new one.

  3. Choose the Source currency (e.g., DKUSD, USDC, or USDT).

  4. Choose the Source network (e.g., Base, Ethereum).

  5. Choose the Destination currency (e.g., DKUSD, USDC, or USDT).

  6. Choose the Destination network (e.g., Base, Ethereum).

  7. Enter the Destination wallet address where the funds should settle.

  8. (OPTIONAL BUT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) Enter a Return wallet address. In the event of a swap failure, the funds can be returned to the original sender address or another fail wallet of your choosing.

  9. Click Create.

  10. You’ll be redirected back to the Stablecoin Swaps tab, where the newly created swap will appear at the top of the list.

Tip: Always verify both the source and destination networks before initiating a swap to prevent misrouted, failed, or unrecoverable transactions.
