Your Customers Dashboard provides a complete view of all your approved and pending customers on the Dakota Platform. It allows you to track customer progress, account status, and key details at a glance.
What You’ll See on the Dashboard
Each customer entry includes the following information:
Date Created
Customer Name
Customer ID
Account Type (Individual or Business)
KYC/B Link
Terms of Service (TOS) Status
Account Status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Rejected)
Best Practices
We recommend regularly monitoring your Customers Dashboard—especially the Status column—to ensure all pending applications are completed and your customer base remains in good standing.
Tip: Use the Customer Dashboard as your primary reference for tracking onboarding progress and ensuring all clients remain compliant and active.
