Resetting your passkey

If you need to reset your passkey, follow the steps below:
Go to your Sandbox or Platform dashboard.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Request a sign in link.
Open your email and click the Log In button.
On the screen that says Authenticate with your device, click Replace passkey (located below the Continue button).
This will start the passkey reset process. You’ll receive an email prompting you to log back in and set up a new passkey
Tip: Make sure you complete the reset on a trusted device where you plan to store your new passkey.
