Adding a team member

The Dakota Platform allows you to add as many teammates as you wish to your account, so your organization can manage customers collaboratively.
How to Add a New Teammate
Click Team in the left-side menu.
Click Invite a member.
Enter the teammate’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Role.
This will be the email they use to log in to the environment.
Click Add teammate.
Your new teammate will receive an email invitation to log in. During their first login, they’ll be prompted to register a passkey for secure access.
