What is Dakota Cards?

Dakota Cards lets you issue virtual Visa debit cards to your customers. The cards spend directly from the customer's Dakota wallet. Cards is currently available in sandbox only and is managed entirely through the API.

How it works

• You issue a virtual Visa debit card to a customer through the Dakota API.

• Purchases are paid from the customer's Dakota wallet, and every transaction is authorized in real time.

• Business customers can issue cards to their employees. Individual customers can use a card to spend from their own wallet.

• All card transactions are in USD. Purchases in other currencies are converted automatically.

Where to manage Cards

Cards is API only. Cards features aren't available in the Dakota dashboard yet.
